- Metabolic diet with two menus to choose from: suitable for patients with metabolic disorders such as diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hyperuricemia, etc.

With the “GUT ZU WISSEN – UNSER ESSEN: WO’S HERKOMMT” initiative (meaning “Good to know – where our food comes from”), companies are setting an example to make the origin of meat, milk and dairy products as well as eggs clearly visible to their customers at a glance. Transparency and clarity create trust. Responsibility for operational processing and control lies with AMA (Austrian Paying Agency for Agriculture and Rural Development).
Having passed the inspection, we are proud to announce that the food at Evangelisches Krankenhaus has been awarded in accordance with the “Good to Know” initiative of the Chamber of Agriculture.
Regionality and sustainability, and therefore also the use of seasonal products, are at the forefront of our business. Great importance is attached to ensuring that the menus for our patients and staff are varied, regional, and seasonal.
In order to guarantee optimum quality, care is taken to ensure that products such as meat, vegetables, dairy products, and baked goods are purchased from regional suppliers wherever possible. The objective is to support local agriculture, make a contribution to the environment, and ensure an excellent taste experience.
