The successful interaction of accurate diagnosis, use of the latest medical standards, and interdisciplinary cooperation with postoperative care, pain therapy, and mobilization can function perfectly only when the employees of all occupational groups are optimally trained and motivated and – ultimately – willing to do more than what is expected for our patients.
