We are legally obliged to protect and guarantee your privacy. We therefore ask you to provide a personal information password on the admission form when you are admitted. If you wish to do this only during your stay, please contact the base or the ward staff. You will receive the corresponding form there.

Visitors or callers will only receive all administrative and medical information about your stay once they have provided the information password. Therefore, in your own interest, we ask you to choose carefully before sharing your information password with other people.

Please note: The caller – or you yourself after your stay if necessary – must provide us with the correct information password for every telephone call! Otherwise, please be aware that our employees are not allowed to provide information by telephone. Exception: Telephone orders for the postal delivery of findings do not require a password, as the stored address is used for this purpose.

Please remember that your visitors will also have to provide the information password during your stay to find out your room number.

The next of kin named by you on the admission form also has a comprehensive right to information and does not need to provide an information password during personal visits. However, they must identify themselves with an official photo ID.

If you are contacted by telephone after your stay at Evangelisches Krankenhaus, you do not need to be able to provide a password, as we will only call you on the telephone number stored in our system.
